IBS are pleased to announce a new upgrade for the Applied Materials™ Ion Implanters. The upgrade allows the end user to benefit from the use of the Praxair™ Uptime™ range of gases. The kit adapts Applied Materials™ SDS™ panels to safely use Uptime™ gas while retaining the originality. Fitted with the IBS™ IMT totalizer, this upgrade is the sole “Praxair approved” solution for Applied Materials™ Ion Implant users wishing to utilize Uptime™ gases.
