The ION BEAM Services (IBS) Flight tube for Applied Materials ™ ION implanter has been designed to be a plug and play replacement for the original OEM part. Manufactured from the same grade of Aluminium the flight tube adheres to the same manufacturing tolerance, but by employing modern and innovative manufacturing techniques we are able to decrease the product ion costs. This assembly comes with all fully assembled including graphite’s and O-ring.
