IBS was established in 1987 in Gréasque, France and since that date the company has been at the forefront of Ion Implantation. Our equipment and services are used in the global semiconductor, MEMS, Nano, LED and photovoltaic industries.

Opened in 1998 Ion Beam Services UK has serviced the needs of the Ion Implantation customers in Northern Europe and Russia. From our facility in Bathgate Scotland we offer range of products and services to suit the needs of our customer's, Foundry Ion Implantation, Spares, Field Service Support, Assembly Repair, Electronic Repair, and Equipment Refurbishment.

Our aim is to be a superior supplier in our chosen markets, delivering innovative, proven and cost-effective Ion Implantation equipment and services for the development and manufacture of microelectronic devices.
